BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Michael Clark: I put a guitar in my hand and all of a sudden my confidence jumps up! (Part 3/4)

1)  Hi Michael :) You made a YouTube channel a few months ago, right? How it all started? What content can we find there? Is it hard to edit the video and how much time you need for that? How does it feel to be a Youtuber? Yes, that is right! With lockdowns and everything else in this last year, I decided it might be a good idea to put my energy and focus into something creative. It’s also been hard to connect with people physically during these times, but when people watch my videos and just hear and see me talking to them, it makes me feel like we’re more connected. I have a mixture of content on there; I started off with several musical performances, and a book review video, and recently I have been focusing a lot on playing two of my favourite videogames while I just talk to the camera about myself, my week and my thoughts. These are very relaxed conversational videos, and even though I don’t have many people watching, it is a nice way to share a little bit of myself online. I have

BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Tania Gonzalez: It’s hard to describe California, but it’s definitely more than what we see in movies! (Part 2/4)

1) Dear Tania, from the first hand, tell us more about California, life there and people? California is a melting pot. What does that mean? It’s a mixture of cultures, religions, languages, food, people and so much more. It’s hard to describe California, but it’s definitely more than what we see in movies. There are small towns, big cities, mountains, flat lands, green lands, dry lands, tall trees, grape vines, beaches and the list goes on! Visually, it can be beautiful or boring depending on where you live. The culture in California varies from North to South. I live right in the middle, The Central Valley. I can drive about 2.5 hrs to get to San Francisco, 4 hrs to Los Angeles, 2.5 hrs to Yosemite National Park or 3hrs to the nearest beach.  The city culture of California is very different from people living in small towns. I’m from a small town called Kerman and have family in the city of Los Angeles. We live in the same state but have different experiences and views of California.

BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Burak Gün: Having foreign friends is a way of learning more than you can find on a simple website or in a book! (Part 2/4)

Slika
1)  I can feel a lot of love between the countries of Balkans and the rest of the globe, and the only way to overcome some issues is to make friendships between us. You are very good at communication, so what do you think about it, having friendships over borders? I think it is one of the best forms of discovering! Having foreign friends is actually a way of learning more than you can find on a simple website or in a book: you learn how your peers in different countries think, perceive things, live… This is indeed a perfect way of widening your perspective because basically, you challenge your norms and all the knowledge you earned in your country. Even if you don’t change at all at the end of the day, which is obviously possible and legit, this challenge teaches you something. Plus, in the future we, the youth, are going to build since we raise as friends and know each other way before becoming « notable » people, we may build our relations on trust and goodwill, and not on hat
