BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Elida Korać: Mi mladi imamo moć da gradimo mnogo ljepšu budućnost! (Part 2/4)

BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Michael Clark: The importance of public mental health awareness encourages me to be honest! (Part 2/4)

1)  Dear Michael, you mentioned an illness you have been diagnosed with, in January 2020. Can you share with us some information about it because it might help others to know that they are not alone in it? Yes, of course. It is always a hard decision to decide how much I talk about it, but I think the importance of public mental health awareness encourages me to be honest. In January last year, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, after several years of on/off mental health struggles. I struggled with some recurring depression and anxiety in high school, but it wasn’t until my early 20s that the full bipolar symptoms started showing up clearly. There are a lot of misconceptions about what this illness is, so I will try to be as brief as possible and not write 10 pages here about it! Basically, the primary effect is that a person with bipolar experiences alternating episodes of both depression and mania. Most people know roughly what depression is, such as intense sadness, pessimism,

BELLSPIRATION CLUB - MIHAIL DIVJAKOSKI: One thing that my life experience taught me is to not pressure on things! (Part 4/4)

1) Can you share with us what you have learned from your life experience so far, and what you consider very important for a peaceful, happy and successful life? If there is one thing that my life experience so far taught me is to not pressure on things, exercise your temper, and let things be. Like, nothing works in the way it’s supposed to work if you force things, if you put pressure on them. Another thing is to wait for it up, devote more time to yourself, take a nap, rest, take a walk, clear your head, and do what you have to do with a smile. The world is not gonna crash if you don’t meet the deadline now If you don’t write that essay tonight If you don’t pass the exam now. For example, I had a plan to graduate as soon as possible this semester, even did my thesis early and I wanted to do my masters in Slovenia starting this September.  Found my department, faculty, university, most of the things were figured out. Things turned out differently, because of one subject, I won’t be ab

1. Hi Alaaddin, how are you? I would kindly ask you to introduce yourself to the Bellspiration readers? Hello everyone, I am amazingly doing great. My name is Alaaddin, I am from Egypt, but I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. I am currently studying Mechatronics Engineering in Hungary and working in a not-for-profit organization called AIESEC as a national product manager for our Danish branch. I am an energetic person who loves to smile and spread positivity, especially these days. I love to help as many people as possible and trying to be empathetic. In 2012, I was a nursing faculty-student and spent two years there and worked as an ICU nurse in a private hospital for two years. However, I left the school after that, and I didn’t feel it. In 2014 I went to the commerce faculty, and I spent three out of four years there. During those years, I got to know AIESEC and joined it later, and in my final year, I decided to leave the university and study Mechatronics Engineering in Hungary

BELLSPIRATION CLUB - Tania Gonzalez: While I have “failed” to society I am winning with God! (Part 1/4)

1) Dear Tania, you are a very special soul to me... But who is really Tania, what does she dream about, what does she like and what does she do? For the readers of the Bellspiration blog, introduce yourself, so we can all get to know you. Belma you are too kind and beautiful! & thank you for this opportunity to share a little about myself. What can I say about Tania Gonzalez? I am really just a simple, crazy, and creative girl. I dream of interacting with new cultures, exploring new lands, tasting all their foods, and talking over some coffee. I enjoy genuine conversations. I was never aware of the importance of communication until I had the privilege of visiting Sarajevo. Having conversations with no phones or any other distractions on your hands was new for me. I enjoy getting to know people, not through small talks or their cool feed, but by hearing their hearts. I like taking pictures and creating art that provokes questions through them. I love anything with nature, sunsets, m

1) Dear Burak, you are a very special soul to me... But who is really Burak, what does he dream about, what does he like and what does he do? For the readers of the Bellspiration blog, introduce yourself, so we can all get to know you. Hey Belma! Thank you for your kind words. Well, I am Burak and a senior International Relations student now, at Galatasaray University in my own city, Istanbul. Beyond my studies, I am an IR & Diplomacy enthusiast, and a wannabe diplomat. That’s been my dream for years now, and I am still preparing for a possible diplomacy career after my graduation in a few months. Apart from this semi-professional background, I am quite into traveling, discovering new cultures, and learning. Especially the latter is a serious motivation of mine in many areas of life; not only learning academic stuff, languages or to play an instrument, but also new cultures, traditions, and places. I always considered this as an important motivation for a young person in order to w
